Allan is the Vancouver Engage (Momentum) Coordinator. Allan has extensive knowledge of the workings of Momentum/Engage as he started right at the beginning as an RA and moved up to being the Vancouver site coordinator and shared his knowledge with the other sites coordinators. He is an anthropology graduate from UBC with a focus on same-sex behaviours cross-culturally. Allan has worked and volunteered in gay men’s health for several years and was heavily involved with Health Initiative for Men, most notably as an outreach coordinator and with the Totally Outright leadership program.
